UIH KR has established administrative, technical and physical measures necessary for ensuring the safety of personal data as follows:

  • Physical measures: Control of unauthorized access to the computer room, data archive, etc.

10. Destruction of Personal Data

In principle, UIH KR destroys users' personal data without any delay either when data subject withdraw consent, request deletion or UIH KR achieves its purpose of use.

However, if UIH KR has obtained separate consent from data subjects regarding the retention period of personal data or if the laws and regulations impose duties to retain information for a certain period, personal information may be stored safely during the designated period.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Policy will take effect from September, 2023.
